This is a non-profit organization that is committed to providing services to meet the needs of our severely wounded U.S. Soldiers and their families. According to CNN, recent stats from The Pentagon show at least 25,090 U.S. Troops have been wounded in Operation Iraqi Freedom. As the number of wounded increases, so does the need.
Talented vocalist Ronna Jones fronts The Bulldogs – featuring pro-players Mike Zwaff, Harry Green, Bob Banasiak and guest saxaphonist Steve Sad. New duo Chris Wilson tests 2 originals with Paul Cassarino on drums. At 9pm – Impressive classic rock cover band Bad Penny headlines. Bad Penny has a loyal following who claim their covers are better than the originals!
Each guest will receive one free raffle ticket.

Los Angeles, CA. Director/producer Linda Palmer just attached singer/songwriter RONNA JONES as host of their now "untitled Flute Documentary". Ronna is a perfect fit for the project with her knowledge of music and her inate interviewing skills, says Palmer. She has a warmth and friendliness that elicits trust from her subjects and as result ends up providing very emotional, touching interviews.

Ronna's song, GHOST, recently appeared in Runaway Productions first feature, LOOK@ME , now in distribution with IFM WORLD RELEASING.

Up in the beautiful Hollywood Hills... below the Hollywood Sign... I sang and recorded a really cool song today for the end credits of this Indie Film for E! Channel!

I met again with Gary Mraz to hear the finished DVD/CD in all it's 5.1 surround sound glory! WOW!
I sang on the last three songs
on this project and he interviewed me for the DVD.

For the Davinci Code fans... the Cover art was designed by the same artist who did the AMBIGRAMS for the book.

Ronna's song "GHOST" is being used in a soon to be released Indie Film titled "LOOK AT ME". This thriller is now in post production and expected to be available sometime in the fall.

Okay folks!
I am now the lead singer of a rock n' roll band! We do covers and originals and whether we wrote it or not we are giving each song our own cool sound... and these guys are great! I am singing my heart out and stretching my vocal chords on some great cover tunes like "Chain of Fools" (Aretha Franklin),
"Piece of My Heart" ( Janis Joplin), to a Norah Jones blues ballad called "Turn Me On". These veteran musicians are fantastic players and I am truly honored to be working with them.

I auditioned for the band INXS for their upcoming TV show called ROCKSTAR. (prod. Mark Burnett )
The cool thing about hanging outside the WHiskey-A-GO-GO for six and half hours was the people you meet... both interesting and bazaar. These events attract all kinds!
I brought out my guitar to practice (and decide) the song I was auditioning with ( they asked talent to sing originals) and it was like suddenly holding a TV News magnet! I was interviewed by E!, CBS 2, KCAL 9, and ACCESS HOLLYWOOD. Woo HOO!
